Guest rooms are on multiple floors accessible by stairs and a lift; the lift door width is standard (approximately 80 cm). The outdoor paths include compacted gravel and garden paving which can be uneven after rain. The pool has no pool-lift and the pool edge is standard height, so transfers from wheelchair to pool are not suitable without personal assistance. If you require a ground-floor room, roll-in shower, or additional mobility support, tell us at booking and we will request these with the hotel, though they cannot be guaranteed.
