Public areas and the main elevator provide access to most guest rooms, but some rooms require a walk of up to 30 meters over tiled or carpeted floors. The Giza Plateau and nearby outdoor sites have uneven pavements and sand, which may affect guests with mobility needs. Wheelchair users should contact us or the hotel before arrival so we can confirm a ground-floor or elevator-accessible room and arrange assistance at check-in. Service dogs are accepted with prior notice, and staff can supply ramps for one step at the street entrance when available.
